To pass to the finals the candidate must obtain a minimum vote of 18 (based on a 1 to 30 valuation).

Not be taken into consideration for score and therefore considered void, the highest and the lowest expressed by the jury.

The final sum of points for the candidates will be determined by the sum of votes earned in the two phases eliminatory of the competition and the final.
